Saranac Lake ? Area residents can get ready to smile brightly as the Adirondack Health Mobile Dental Clinic hits the road for the summer. The Mobile Dental Clinic will be traveling to the communities of AuSable Forks, Long Lake, Tupper Lake and Vermontville.
The dental ?clinic on wheels? serves residents ages three and older in outlying communities where limited resources and travel are obstacles to receiving timely dental care. The Mobile Dental Clinic is a retro-fitted recreational vehicle fully registered, licensed and insured in New York State and certified to provide dental care by the New York State Department of Health. Most insurances are accepted, including Medicaid. Self-pay patients are welcome as well.
The Mobile Dental Clinic operates from May through October, with care provided on a shared basis by Adirondack Health dentists Drs. Peter Rosenberger and Alphonso Edgecombe.
